when all the soldiers have gone home

i am looking for a song and hope someone can help me find out what it is
its sung by a female artist and she sings of the soldiers in ireland and what it would be like if they went home, singing at one point, when all the soldiers have gone home. it is a ballad and i heard it on a compilation cd would love to find it again if anyone knows what the song is would love to hear. thankyou.
also does anyone know if there is a singer and copy of of 'Will my Soul Pass Over Ireland' anywhere.

I have that song (SHALL MY SOUL PASS THROUGH OLD IRELAND)on a compilation cd by sean dunphy & also have it on a cd by the dublin city ramblers. let me know if you are interested.
