"Skartinglas" lyrics?

Has anyone heard the song "Skartinglas"? I have it on a CD called Celtic World and it is sung by Dirk Campbell and Mick Sands. I can't find the lyrics to this song anywhere. Please help if you can.

Hello,
I'm not that familiar with the song, but I think it should be almost identical to Tipping It Up To Nancy. There's two others on the same theme as well: "The Ould Woman From Wexford" and "Toon O' Kelso" (both are in the archive). Maybe you can get the whole text by comparing them to the version you want.
