Hello, I was wondering if anyone on here could help me. A few months ago I attended a medieval-themed ball and there was one song in paticullar where the tune had everyone clapping their hands and stomping there feet to the beat. I've now had the tune to this song going round in my head all week but I can't track down the words anywhere. The song itself did have a distinctly Irish feel to it. All I remember of the words is that the last line of the chorus is "down with the crown", that a "velvet throne" was mentioned and possibly a King James?. I've googled these words but have only come up with gibberish. Thank you very much to anyone who can help.
